Job summary

Lumus Imaging is seeking a Clerical In Charge to lead the day-to-day operations of our Bloomfield clinic. This full-time leadership role will guide a dedicated reception team, support clinical staff and help maintain efficient, patient-focused workflows.

The successful candidate will bring proven people leadership, clear communication, and superb organizational skills; healthcare or radiology experience is highly regarded and will be rewarded with opportunities to shape clinic operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading reception/administration teams in healthcare or radiology is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and workflow management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinic operations and ensure smooth, coordinated workflows.
• Lead and support the reception and administration team to deliver high performance.
• Manage rosters, staff coverage and daily allocation.
• Maintain patient flow and address bottlenecks promptly.
• Handle patient enquiries and complaints with professional resolutions.
• Ensure accurate Medicare, DVA, private billing, and other admin processes.
• Coordinate daily banking and key financial tasks.
• Foster relationships with referrers and other stakeholders.
• Uphold clinic procedures, privacy, and professional standards.
