Lumus Imaging is seeking an enthusiastic clinic administrator to be the first point of contact for patients at our Bankstown and surrounding clinics. You will welcome patients, manage arrivals and schedule appointments across imaging modalities with warmth and efficiency.

No medical experience is required; structured training and a supportive team will help you grow within our national network. Benefits include a savings platform, Fitness Passport, health insurance discounts, career development

Qualifications

• Strong customer service skills, gained in any industry such as retail, hospitality or call centres.
• Warm, calm and professional manner, especially with patients who may be anxious or unwell.
• Flexibility to work a varied roster, with shifts that may start early and finish late.
• Willingness to work at our Liverpool clinic on occasion.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence with computer systems.

Responsabilités

• Welcoming patients and managing arrivals with warmth and efficiency.
• Scheduling and confirming appointments across multiple imaging modalities.
• Processing Medicare, DVA and private billing accurately.
• Handling phone and email enquiries from patients and referrers.
• Maintaining accurate patient records and supporting smooth clinic flow.
• Working closely with clinical staff to keep the day running seamlessly.
• Supporting our Liverpool clinic on occasion as required.
