Qualifications

• Qualified automotive technician with leadership experience in a workshop.
• Strong knowledge across a wide range of vehicle makes and models.
• Organised with experience in scheduling, workflow optimisation and performance reporting.
• Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily workshop operations, scheduling and resource allocation.
• Lead and supervise technicians and workshop staff as a unified team.
• Provide hands-on guidance to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Liaise with Service Advisors on job progress and requirements.
• Maintain records and report workshop performance metrics.
• Identify and implement process improvements to boost efficiency.
• Uphold safety protocols and quality control standards.
