Mills Oakley in Canberra is seeking a Receptionist to join our team on a full-time basis. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, answer calls on a national switchboard, and support daily office administration.

The successful candidate will be well-presented, personable and able to work autonomously yet collaborate with colleagues. Prior corporate reception experience is preferred, and you will handle mail, couriers, catering, and general admin tasks.

• Face of the firm: well-presented, professional and articulate.
• Autonomous yet able to work well in a team and under pressure.
• Experience in a corporate reception is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer internal and external calls on a national switchboard.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Order and receive couriers.
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail data entry.
• Provide general day-to-day administrative support.
• Assist with catering and function setup.
