Qualifications

• Experience in corporate reception is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer internal and external calls for a national switchboard.
• Meet and greet clients and visitors.
• Book meeting rooms and manage couriers.
• Receive and distribute mail; data entry tasks.
• Provide general day-to-day administrative support as required.
• Assist with catering and function logistics.
