Job summary

Bosta in Egypt, a fast-growing overnight delivery provider, seeks a hub operations assistant to manage daily pickups, dispatch and KPI tracking, ensuring on-time performance and consistent service quality across all routes.

Responsibilities include verifying tracking numbers on flyers, updating the receiving sheet, coordinating with couriers and sorting facilities, handling CODs and refunds, and sending routine handover emails with transfer details.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of experience in logistics field, in e-commerce or shipping industry.
• Only graduates are eligible for this role.

Responsibilities

• Receive new pickups and verify tracking numbers on flyers.
• Manage day-to-day dispatch and sort shipments by delivery addresses.
• Record CODs and refunds on the system and routes.
• Coordinate with couriers and sorting facilities to ensure timely deliveries.
