Job summary

King Living is seeking a Customer Delivery Coordinator to ensure a smooth journey from order confirmation to post-delivery follow-up. You will keep customers updated, flag at-risk orders, and collaborate with warehouse and showroom teams to meet delivery promises.

The role sits at our Design & Support Centre in Turrella and our warehouse in Smithfield, with regular travel between sites. A customer-first mindset and strong communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer coordination or similar role.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication, esp. in sensitive conversations.
• Experience working across multiple teams in fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with CRM platforms and delivery tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers informed from order to post-delivery follow-up.
• Monitor pipeline daily and identify at-risk orders.
• Coordinate with warehouse, showroom, and other teams.
• Provide post-delivery quality checks and feedback.
