The Coles Group is seeking a Last Mile Transport Team Manager at the Wetherill Park Customer Fulfilment Centre. The role requires a hands-on leader to drive a customer-focused culture and manage the transport and delivery team to meet ecommerce KPIs.

You will collaborate across Coles units to support online sales growth and lead safety-driven operations. This role supports a dynamic, large-scale fulfillment environment with a focus on continuous improvement and high performance.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Lead and drive a highly customer-focused culture across CFC customer delivery operations.
• Manage the transport and customer delivery team within CFC operations.
• Collaborate with other Coles business units to enable online sales growth.
• Execute the strategy implementation plan to achieve ecommerce and operations objectives.
• Contribute to development of organisational strategies within Customer Fulfilment Centre operations.
• Be a champion for safety and lead a safety-first culture.
• Create and drive a high-performance culture through clear objectives and development support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across central operations to ensure alignment with change strategy.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives for the site.
