Zusammenfassung

King Living is seeking a proactive Customer Delivery Coordinator to keep customers informed from order to post-delivery follow-up. You will monitor orders, escalate issues, and liaise with warehouse and showroom teams to ensure on-time delivery and smooth communication throughout the order journey.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer coordination or logistics support, strong communication skills, and experience with CRM systems. Regular travel between Turrella and Smithfield is required.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years in customer coordination, customer success, logistics coordination or a similar operational support role.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication, especially when conversations get sensitive.
• Experience working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and delivery tracking systems.
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• A customer-first heart: you care about great outcomes, not just closed tickets.
• A proactive streak: you see problems coming and head them off.
• Confidence in Microsoft 365 and a quick-learner attitude with new platforms.
• Bonus points for last-mile delivery, logistics or supply chain experience (not essential)

Aufgaben

• Keep customers happily informed from order confirmation to post-delivery follow-up.
• Watch the pipeline daily, spot at-risk orders early, and ensure messages are timely and accurate.
• Triage issues, route with context, and follow through to resolution while identifying root causes.
• Coordinate with warehouse, showroom, and delivery teams to keep commitments realistic and on track.
• Analyze customer feedback and quality checks to improve engagement across the order journey.
