Job summary

King Living is seeking a Customer Delivery Coordinator to keep customers informed from order confirmation through post-delivery follow-up. You will monitor the delivery pipeline, identify at-risk orders, and coordinate with warehouse, showroom, and support teams to ensure on-time, accurate communications.

You will work across Turrella and Smithfield sites, engaging with multiple teams and using Salesforce and delivery-tracking tools to optimize the customer journey.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in customer coordination, customer success, logistics coordination or a similar operational support role.
• Clear, warm written and verbal communication, especially for sensitive conversations.
• Experience working across multiple teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and delivery tracking systems.
• A sharp eye for detail and ability to juggle competing priorities.
• A customer-first mindset focused on outcomes, not just tickets.
• Proactive streak to anticipate and head off problems.
• Confidence with Microsoft 365 and quick learning of new platforms.
• Bonus: last-mile delivery, logistics or supply chain experience.

Responsibilities

• Keep customers happily informed from order confirmation to post-delivery follow-up.
• Watch the pipeline daily, identify at-risk orders early, ensure timely, accurate communications.
• Triangulate with warehouse, showroom and delivery teams to keep commitments realistic and on track.
• Analyze customer feedback (NPS, CSAT) and help shape engagement and SOPs.
