La Louisiane is seeking energetic, self-motivated team members to fill casual FOH Lead Section Waiter roles in Adelaide. Approximately 20-30 hours per week with growth opportunities as we open Louis' Brasserie & Guesthouse in early 2027.

You will manage a section, deliver table-side service, know the menu and dietary needs, hit spend per head targets, serve wine, and keep the venue presented to standard. A positive attitude and experience in fast-paced hospitality are essential.

Qualificações

• Experience in a high-energy, fast-paced hospitality environment.
• Prior experience in a similar role.
• A bloody great and positive attitude.
• High attention to detail.
• RSA certification is desirable or required.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver guest experiences through knowledgeable, table-side service.
• In-depth knowledge of the menu and dietary restrictions.
• Meet spend per head targets.
• Take food & beverage orders for your section.
• Provide knowledgeable wine service.
• Deliver food and clear tables.
• Ensure the venue is presented and organised to standard.
