Job summary

Odd Culture Group is seeking a Food & Beverage Attendant at a casual level to lead lunch and dinner service, with supervision duties when the Venue Manager is away. Based at our Sydney venues, you will work as part of a small, energetic front-of-house team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The ideal candidate has high-end dining supervisory experience, leads by example, communicates clearly, and is eager to grow with our expanding hospitality group that includes Bar Bruno, Razz

Reporting to the Venue Manager, you'll lead services, drive floor standards and take full ownership of shifts in the Venue Manager's absence. This is a genuine leadership role for someone who leads from the floor, communicates clearly and thrives in a busy, service-focused environment.
