Techtronic Industries (TTI) is seeking a Learning & Organisational Development Manager in Melbourne to lead the L&D function and advance 2027 initiatives. You will coach two specialists, partner with senior leaders, and drive change across the business with a focus on leadership development and organizational effectiveness.

You will leverage AI and digital platforms to scale learning, manage talent reviews, and build strong development pathways. Hybrid work and wellbeing support are offered.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in learning, organisational development or talent and capability.
• Strong partnering, facilitation, instructional design, coaching and change management skills.
• Experience using learning management systems and digital platforms.
• Qualifications in organisational psychology, HR, learning or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach two L&D Specialists and one P&C Coordinator to deliver learning programs.
• Deliver organisational development initiatives and coach leaders through change.
• Own talent reviews and succession planning with development pathways.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to create and deploy learning content at scale.
• Evaluate program effectiveness to drive continuous improvement.
