Job summary

WA Country Health Service is seeking a Learning and Development Officer to provide administration coordination, reporting and systems support for learning activities. You will supervise the Learning and Development Administration team, ensuring standard operating procedures are followed and processes are streamlined.

The role requires strong data management, LMS experience, and collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver high-quality services across WA Country Health Service.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in the management, analysis and reporting of workforce learning and development data, including data integrity for compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in the administration, maintenance and support of Learning Management Systems (LMS) including system configuration, user access management and data administration.
• Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to provide advice and collaborate with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to supervise and coordinate staff and administrative services, including workload management and coaching.

Responsibilities

• The position supervises the Learning and Development Administration team and coordinates administrative functions.
• Ensures standardised operating procedures and continuous process improvements in learning and development services.
