RFDS SA/NT invites applications for a Learning & Development Project Officer to support TEMRS in Darwin. You will help administer the LMS, develop digital learning content and work with stakeholders to improve onboarding and workforce capability.

The role focuses on content creation, induction programs and governance to ensure high-quality learning outcomes across the TEMRS cohort. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred, with experience in a fast-paced health‑service

Formación

• Experience in Learning Coordinator or Project Officer roles supporting L&D activities.
• Experience with LMS content administration, reporting and user support.
• Ability to develop/adapt digital learning content for onboarding and capability.
• Strong communication, organisation and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsabilidades

• Administer TEMRS LMS, including content uploads, maintenance and reporting.
• Create engaging digital learning content to support onboarding and capability.
• Collaborate with SMEs to design and improve learning materials.
• Coordinate delivery of learning programs, learner communications and scheduling.
• Support induction programs and evaluate learning effectiveness.
• Maintain policies, procedures and learning governance for quality outcomes.
