Job summary

City FM Australia is seeking a Learning & Development Coordinator to bring learning to life across the business, coordinating training needs, programs, providers, communications and our Learning Management System. This hands-on role involves working with stakeholders across the business, organizing face-to-face and virtual learning, supporting compliance training and preparing reporting.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Business Administration or equivalent demonstrated experience is essential.
• Previous L&D administration experience within a large organisation is essential.
• Confidence with Microsoft Office and Learning Management Systems at an intermediate level.
• Sound literacy, numeracy and analytical skills.
• Customer-focused approach and ability to build effective working relationships across the business.
• Well organised with the ability to juggle priorities and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate learning programs, seminars and training activities from scheduling through to delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify training needs and help turn them into practical learning plans.
• Support compliance training requirements, communications and reporting for managers and supervisors.
• Work with external training providers to coordinate delivery and support updates to learning materials.
• Maintain Learning & Development systems and records while supporting the LMS, virtual classrooms and webinars.
