Job summary

Freedom Fuels is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to design, build and deliver engaging training across retail, operations and support teams. The role covers learning design, delivery, and capability programs in a broad, hands-on capacity.

You’ll create digital content with Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise), facilitate in-person and virtual sessions, manage the LMS, and partner with leaders to identify learning needs.

Qualifications

• Strong facilitation skills, both face-to-face and virtual.
• Experience with Articulate 360, Storyline and Rise.
• Strong instructional design and adult learning capability.
• Experience creating blended learning solutions.
• Experience using LMS and digital learning tools.
• Broad L&D experience across leadership, compliance and capability development.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual learning sessions.
• Design and develop eLearning using Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise).
• Create facilitator guides, resources, toolkits and job aids.
• Design blended learning using virtual, classroom, digital and on-the-job methods.
• Support leadership and capability programs.
• Deliver compliance, safety and operational learning.
• Coordinate with leaders and SMEs to identify capability needs.
• Manage learning through the LMS and use feedback to improve programs.
• Partner with external providers when specialist expertise is needed.
• Analyze learning data to continually improve programs.
• Support change initiatives related to capability development.
