Job summary

Universal Store is looking for a driven Learning & Development Manager to join our People team at the Support Office. You will shape how our people learn, grow and develop across stores, distribution centre and support offices, creating programs that build capability and leadership.

Leading the E-Learning Specialist, you will drive digital learning, onboarding, microlearning and AI-enabled training, leveraging data to measure impact and partnering across the business to engage our Gen Z

Qualifications

• Experience leading Learning & Development in a multi-site retail or similar environment.
• Proven ability to design and facilitate leadership development programs.
• Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Shape UNI Group's Learning & Development strategy across Retail, Distribution Centre and Support Office.
• Design leadership programs, capability frameworks and career pathways.
• Lead and develop the E-Learning Specialist and oversee digital learning ecosystems.
• Use data and feedback to measure impact and continuously improve learning outcomes.
