Job summary

Randstad NV is seeking an APS5 Instructional Designer to join our holistic Learning & Development team. You will design and refine high-quality learning programs for frontline staff and external community partners, including flagship onboarding journeys, micro-learning, and video-on-demand resources, balancing creativity with process discipline.

Qualifications

2-3+ years of instructional design experience in corporate L&D environments.
Proficiency in Articulate Storyline (highly desirable) and Rise.
Experience with LMS platforms and end-to-end courseware development.
Australian citizen eligible for a Pre-Engagement Security Check.

Responsibilities

Diverse Program Design: Develop e-learning, micro-learning, video-on-demand (VOD) content and resources.
Onboarding & Capability: Support onboarding programs using pre-learning, flipped classroom methods, and on-the-job training.
Accessibility First: Embed WCAG 2.2 standards into courseware from the outset.
Trainer Engagement: Deliver trainer familiarization sessions and assist with classroom or virtual facilitation.
Collaboration: Partner with SMEs, Senior Instructional Designers, and squads to deliver LMS-ready courseware.
