Job summary

The Recruitment Hive Pty Ltd is seeking a Learning and Development Analyst for a large Federal Government Organisation in Canberra. The role focuses on training needs analysis to develop training solutions, which may be designed and delivered in-house or by external vendors to meet business standards.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to design, develop and deliver learning and development services, and you will create and maintain training documentation policies,

Qualifications

• Knowledge of e-learning systems principles and best practice.
• Knowledge of the design of competency-based training and accreditation programs

Responsibilities

• Undertake training needs analysis to develop training solutions.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on design, development and delivery.
• Develop, implement and maintain training documentation policies and processes.
• Contribute to the design and transition to BAU of learning solutions including e-learning.
• Communicate progress of work with stakeholders and teams.
