Job summary
A community development organization in Queensland is seeking an Assistant Manager for Learning & Development to support curriculum development and team training. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and 2-3 years of experience in content design, along with excellent organizing and communication skills. You will also conduct field visits and program audits to ensure the effectiveness of learning methods in the organization’s livelihood and school programs.
Qualifications
2-3 years of experience in Content design and management.
Development of curriculum framework.
Module preparation based on activity based learning.
Responsibilities
Support the manager in curriculum development and classroom monitoring.
Train team facilitators on content delivery.
Undertake timely periodic field visits and program audits.
