McDonald’s Australia Limited in NSW seeks a Manager, Learning and Development to lead a region-wide L&D function. You’ll advise the business, partner with leaders, and guide a team of L&D Consultants to deliver training that changes behaviours and drives results.

The role is based in NSW with frequent travel to QLD to stay close to teams and stakeholders. You’ll influence training standards, budgets and systems across the network.

Competenze

• Proven track record of leading and developing a team of L&D professionals.
• Experience designing and delivering high-impact learning programs.
• Strong facilitation, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to manage budgets and align L&D with Playbooks and ANZ standards.

Mansioni

• Leading, coaching and developing a team of about 7 L&D Consultants.
• Identify workload improvements and help enhance Scaled Services and service quality.
• Build partnerships with regional leaders, McOpCo and Licensees for strategic L&D.
• Deliver restaurant and corporate training and present at forums and operations meetings.
• Drive initiatives and manage training centres, budgets and processes aligned to Playbooks.
• Own regional L&D governance and ensure adherence to ANZ standards.
