McDonald's Australia Corporate – Thornleigh NSW is seeking a Manager, Learning and Development to lead L&D for the region. You’ll advise the business and be the go‑to expert, heading a team of about 7 L&D Consultants delivering high‑quality training that drives behaviour change in restaurants and across the business.

The role is based in NSW, with frequent travel to QLD to stay close to your team and stakeholders.

Competenze

• You have a proven track record of leading and developing a team of L&D professionals.
• You actively support growth and design engaging, high‑impact learning experiences.
• You take ownership, follow through and are accountable for results.
• You are confident presenting to senior leaders and large groups.
• You build trusted relationships with operational leaders and stakeholders.
• You have strong facilitation and communication skills and use various delivery methods.
• Experience with McDonald's is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of about 7 L&D Consultants, including succession and development planning.
• Improve workload management and Scaled Services with regular feedback on service quality.
• Build strong partnerships across the region with RDs, Sr Managers Field, McOpCo and Licensees.
• Deliver and present restaurant and corporate training at forums and meetings.
• Drive engagement in events such as conventions and leadership conferences.
• Manage G&A budgets and regional training centres, aligning to Playbooks and ANZ standards.
