Liebherr-Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Learning & Development Specialist to join our People & Capability team and shape modern, engaging learning across Australia and New Zealand. You will partner with leaders and stakeholders to diagnose capability gaps, design practical learning solutions, and deliver programs that boost capability, performance and career progression.

You’ll also manage the LMS and measurement of learning impact.

Qualifications

• Proven experience designing and delivering workplace learning solutions.
• Strong knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles.
• Experience consulting with stakeholders to diagnose capability needs and recommend solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to manage learning initiatives from scoping through to evaluation.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.

Responsabilités

• Partnering with leaders and People Partners to identify capability gaps and learning opportunities.
• Consulting with stakeholders to recommend the most effective learning and development solutions.
• Designing engaging learning programs using contemporary instructional design principles.
• Developing blended learning solutions including digital learning, microlearning, workshops, toolkits and on-the-job resources.
• Building practical development pathways that support employee growth and career progression.
• Coaching leaders to strengthen learning transfer and development conversations within their teams.
• Managing external training providers and evaluating learning effectiveness.
• Supporting and administering the Learning Management System (LMS).
• Delivering reporting and insights on learning engagement, capability development and compliance requirements.
• Contributing to capability frameworks and continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
