Job summary

IAG Defence & National Security (DNS) seeks an experienced LMS Consultant / Solution Lead to drive a modern enterprise learning platform. You will work with stakeholders to deliver scalable, user-friendly learning, reporting, performance management and workforce development across a complex organisation.

Responsibilities include leading LMS implementation, system integrations with HR and reporting, and multi-tenant configuration.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering enterprise Learning Management Systems.
• Experience integrating LMS with HR, reporting, or workforce systems.
• Experience with cloud-based, scalable learning solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and configuration of an LMS solution.
• Deliver integrations between the LMS and enterprise systems (HR, reporting).
• Support learner management, program administration, reporting and record management.
• Configure multi-tenant environments and enable data sharing across stakeholder groups.
• Implement AI-enabled functionality and user-focused learning experiences.
• Provide guidance on system optimisation and user adoption.
• Gather business requirements and develop implementation plans and documentation.
• Support testing, deployment and transition activities.
