Job summary

Crown Resorts in Sydney is seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Stewards for full-time roles to uphold the highest cleanliness and organisation in our back-of-house operations. You will work across a 24/7 roster, supporting the kitchen team to ensure service-ready environments and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with lifting and cleaning tasks, have related experience, can follow instructions, and adapt to changing priorities.

• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and cleaning duties.
• Previous experience in a similar kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexible with a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Organise and manually clean equipment, surfaces, and store utensils.

The role

We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Stewards for full time positions to join our renowned restaurants at Crown Sydney. In this role, you'll help maintain the highest standards in our back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. This is a hands‑on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment and take pride in supporting a team. You must have valid work rights and be available to work across a 24/7 roster.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Operating commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Organising and manually cleaning kitchen equipment, polishing surfaces, and storing utensils and cookware.
• Clearing rubbish bins and removing waste from floors and work surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

About you

• Comfortable with physical tasks including lifting, carrying, and cleaning duties
• Have relevant experience in a similar environment.
• Can follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexible with rotating roster
