Crown Sydney is seeking reliable and hardworking Kitchen Stewards to join our team across a range of premium restaurants and kitchens. This role supports culinary operations and maintains the highest standards of cleanliness and food safety.

You will operate dishwashing equipment, clean and organise utensils, assist with waste removal, and support chefs in day-to-day operations. A rotating 24/7 roster is required; experience in stewarding or a similar role is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must work well in a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organisation.
• Be physically capable of lifting, carrying and cleaning duties.
• Follow instructions and work effectively within a team.
• Experience in stewarding, kitchen hand, cleaning or similar role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Operate dishwashing equipment and keep kitchens clean.
• Clean, organise, and store utensils, cookware and equipment.
• Assist with waste removal and maintain hygienic work areas.
• Support chefs and kitchen teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
