Job summary

Crown Resorts in Sydney is hiring Kitchen Stewards for full-time and part-time roles to support our renowned restaurants. You’ll help maintain high standards in back-of-house operations, keep areas clean, organized, and ready for service in a fast-paced environment.

You must have valid work rights and be available to work across a 24/7 roster. The role offers a competitive hourly rate and staff benefits, including discounts at Crown hotels and restaurants nationwide.

• Have relevant experience in a similar environment.
• Can follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers and kitchen equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Organise and manually cleaning kitchen equipment, polishing surfaces, and storing utensils and cookware.
• Clearing rubbish bins and removing waste from floors and work surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.

The role

We’re looking for enthusiastic and dedicatedKitchen Stewards for full time & part-time positionsto join our renowned restaurants at Crown Sydney. In this role, you’ll help maintain the highest standards in our back-of-house kitchen operations, ensuring all areas are clean, organized, and ready for service. This is a hands-on role suited to individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and take pride in supporting a team. You must have valid work rights and be available to work across a 24/7 roster.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Operating commercial dishwashers and kitchen equipment to maintain a high level of cleanliness and efficiency.
• Organising and manually cleaning kitchen equipment, polishing surfaces, and storing utensils and cookware.
• Clearing rubbish bins and removing waste from floors and work surfaces to maintain a safe and hygienic environment.
