About you

• Experience working as a cook in a fine dining or hotel setting is advantageous.
• Strong organisational and communication skills

• Self-motivated and adaptable
• Follow health and safety protocols, policies, and procedures related to food and workplace safety.
• Flexible availability to work across a 7 days roster including weekends
