Crown Resorts in Sydney is seeking enthusiastic Kitchen Stewards for full-time roles to uphold the highest cleanliness and organisation in our back-of-house operations. You will work across a 24/7 roster, supporting the kitchen team to ensure service-ready environments and smooth operations.

Ideal candidates are comfortable with lifting and cleaning tasks, have related experience, can follow instructions, and adapt to changing priorities.

Qualifications

• Able to perform physical tasks including lifting and cleaning duties.
• Previous experience in a similar kitchen environment.
• Ability to follow instructions and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexible with a rotating roster.

Responsibilities

• Operate dishwashers and kitchen equipment to maintain cleanliness and efficiency.
• Organise and manually clean equipment, surfaces, and store utensils.
• Clear rubbish and remove waste to maintain a safe, hygienic kitchen.
