Mercure Resort invites applications for a kitchen/dishwashing role on the Gold Coast. You’ll be part of the restaurant and banquets team, ensuring cleanliness and safe operation of dishwashing equipment in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• What you'll bring to the role: Flexibility to work various shifts across the week.
• Able to arrive at varying hours; own transport encouraged; parking provided.
• A professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work in a team and autonomously, in a fast-paced setting.
• Experience in high-volume and fast-paced restaurants.
• Physically able to lift and move items safely.

• Be an integral part of our restaurant and banquets kitchen team.
• Wash kitchen equipment and crockery to a high standard.
• Use dishwashing machinery and cleaning chemicals safely.
• Maintain excellent cleanliness of the kitchens and food outlets.
• Ensure hygiene, health, and safety standards are met at all times.
• Smooth operation of the loading bay, relocating deliveries and waste disposal bins.

• Physically fit and able to lift 10kgs safely
