Job summary

Mercure Gold Coast Resort is seeking an F&B Supervisor to lead operations in The Green Dining, ensuring exceptional guest hospitality and smooth service across the Restaurant and Bar.

You will train and mentor staff, respond to guest concerns with calm professionalism, and promote a positive F&B team culture within the resort.

Qualifications

• Passion for hospitality and guest care.
• Experience as a supervisor or team leader in hotel/resort F&B.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• RSA Certificate is required.
• Willingness to work weeknights, weekends and holiday periods.

Responsibilities

Where you'll be working

Overlooking the Resort's sparkling pool and the Palm Meadows Golf Course, you'll be serving guests and leading the F&B team in our locally inspired restaurant and bar, in The Green Dining.

• Oversee smooth operations of the Restaurant and Bar
• Ensure all guests receive excellent hospitality and service
• Respond to guest concerns with professionalism and calm composure
• Support with training staff, onboarding, and providing feedback
• Promote a positive team culture across the Food and Beverage team

Qualifications

What you'll bring to the role:

• Passionate about connecting with people and providing hospitality with heart
• Experience in a hotel or resort F&B team as a supervisor or team leader
• Excellent bartending skills and beverage knowledge
• Demonstrated ability to lead a F&B team to success
• Excellent communication and guest service skills
• RSA Certificate
• Reliable transport (public transport not accessible at required shift times)
• Available to work weeknights & weekends and holiday season
