Job summary

Mercure Resort on the Gold Coast is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to support our restaurant and banquets teams. You will help maintain high standards of cleanliness, assist with dishwashing, and ensure safe operation of cleaning equipment and machinery.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment, collaborating with chefs and waitstaff to deliver a seamless guest experience while upholding hygiene and safety standards and contributing to a friendly, well‑organised

Qualifications

• What you'll bring to the role: Full availability and flexibility to work variety of shifts across the week.
• Able to get to work at various hours (own transport is highly recommended, parking is provided).
• A professional attitude and strong work ethic.
• Ability to perform in a team and autonomously.
• Experience in high-volume and fast-paced restaurants.
• Physically fit and able to lift 10kgs safely.

Responsibilities
