Belgravia Leisure is seeking a Kiosk Attendant to deliver top-tier service to members and visitors. You will take orders, handle cash, and operate the POS while ensuring a welcoming café presentation.

Essential: Food Hygiene Certificate; CPR and Working with Vulnerable People checks. Morning, evening and weekend shifts available, with growth opportunities within Belgravia Leisure.

Qualifications

The Role

Our Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.

Essential: Food Hygiene Certificate is required

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Replenished condiments as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Promotethe centres services and programs to ourpatrons
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
• Previous Barista Experience is highly desirable

Skills & Attributes:

• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
• Coffee making/ barista skills
• Current CPR Certificate.
• Current Food Handlers Qualification
• Police Check

• Ability to be flexible during the centre's peak periods

Previous experience is a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset areencouraged to apply!
