Job summary

Belgravia Leisure in Melbourne is hiring casual Food and Beverage Attendants to deliver first-class service across daily café work, weddings, functions and events. RSA qualification is required or can be obtained; weekend availability is essential.

You’ll keep the café looking sharp, greet guests, manage orders, and operate POS while promoting healthy options and the centre’s programs. Training is provided, and a strong work–life balance with mornings, evenings and weekend shifts is offered

Qualifications

• RSA qualification required or willing to obtain.
• Experience in customer service and hospitality preferred.
• Ability to operate POS and handle cash accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café.
• Replenish condiments as needed.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash.
• Apply sound cash handling principles and use of POS systems.
• Promote the centre’s services and programs to patrons.
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons.
• Provide information on product range including healthy options.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

The Role

Our Food and Beverage Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it's in line with our Mission, Vision and Values. We have multiple casual positions available with weekend availability required.

You will need to have your RSA qualification or be willing to obtain it.

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Replenished condiments as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems
• Promotethe centres services and programs to ourpatrons
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods
