Belgravia Leisure is seeking friendly Kiosk Attendants to deliver first-class service at our venues in Bendigo. You will welcome patrons, take orders, and help with food and beverage service, while upholding health, safety and merchandising standards.

Strong cash handling, barista experience, and a positive, energetic attitude are valued. Availability mornings, evenings and weekends is required, with opportunities for growth within Belgravia Leisure.

Formación

• Food Hygiene Certificate is required.
• Provide excellent customer service to all customers.
• Maintain the appearance and presentation of the café.
• Follow health and safety guidelines.
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash.
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Promote the centres services and programs to our patrons.
• Develop and maintain good working relations with patrons.
• Provide information on our product range, including promoting healthy food options.
• Ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends. Hours may increase during the centre's peak periods.
• Previous Barista Experience is highly desirable.

The Role

Our Kiosk Attendants need to have the highest level of customer service skills.

The primary responsibility of our Kiosk Attendants is to deliver first class services to our patrons ensuring it’s in line with our Mission, Vision and Values.

Essential: Food Hygiene Certificate is required

Key areas of responsibility include:

• Provide excellent customer service to all customers
• Maintaining the appearance and presentation of the café
• Replenished condiments as needed
• Follow health and safety guidelines
• Cashier experience, taking orders and handling cash
• Apply sound cash handling principals and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems

Skills & Attributes:

• Positive, friendly, helpful and energetic work style
• Coffee making/ barista skills
• Current CPR Certificate.

Previous experience is a similar role is desirable, but candidates with a friendly attitude and a customer service mindset areencouraged to apply!
