Job summary

Rexel Adelaide is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Key Major Accounts team member to join our internal sales group. You will be the main contact for major accounts, supporting Territory Sales Managers and delivering professional service across data, communications and electrical sectors.

• Experienced sales professional with a focus on responsive, accurate account service.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key branch contact for designated major accounts and support Territory Sales Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial customers across electrical and data/communications sectors.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner.
• Process customer orders and manage through to completion.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide product information, availability, pricing and order updates.
• Follow up quotes and identify opportunities to convert enquiries into sales.
• Manage customer expectations and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain customer and sales data in systems (PRONTO).
• Provide exceptional customer service and high level of account support.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative branch culture.
