Job summary

Rexel Adelaide is seeking an experienced, customer-focused Key Major Accounts team member to join our internal sales team. You will be the main contact within the branch for Territory Sales Managers, fostering strong relationships with major customers in electrical, data and communications.

You will support clients with product solutions, quotations, orders and ongoing account requirements, working Monday to Friday with occasional Saturday overtime to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, internal sales, or account management with a customer-focused approach.
• Ability to communicate with customers by phone, email and in person.
• Organised and able to manage multiple requests, quotes and orders.
• Strong focus on delivering excellent customer service and sales outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Act as the key branch contact for designated major accounts and support the Territory Sales Managers.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial customers in electrical, data and communications sectors.
• Prepare accurate and competitive quotes in a timely manner.
• Process customer orders and manage them through to completion.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and other channels.
• Provide product information, availability, pricing and order updates.
