Job summary

AMC Commercial Cleaning in Sydney is seeking a Key Account Manager to oversee account management and act as a trusted advisor to our valued clients. You will develop and execute strategic plans to drive client success and commercial outcomes.

You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, retain clients through excellent service, deliver monthly insights, support tender processes, and leverage Salesforce to manage relationships. A background in facilities/cleaning is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in account and relationship management with key clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Salesforce.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in administration and reporting, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in fast-paced environments.
• An understanding of the Facilities and Cleaning industry would be advantageous.

Competitive base salary of $110,000-$125,000 (based on experience) + Super
