Job summary

Quadpack is a global manufacturer of packaging solutions for beauty brand owners with offices in Europe, Asia, USA and Australia. The role focuses on proactively generating new sales leads, converting briefs and enquiries into sales, and effectively managing customer accounts to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales and managing accounts within the Beauty and Cosmetics Industry.
• Ownership/Leadership Attitude and ability to drive processes.
• Detail oriented, ambitious and goal oriented.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new customer portfolio by identifying opportunities.
• Drive sales growth within existing accounts and expand product ranges.
• Manage end-to-end commercial process from inquiry to quotation and sale.
• Monitor sales performance through KPIs and forecasts.

The mission of this role

The mission of this role is to drive business growth by proactively generating new sales leads, converting customer briefs and enquiries into sales, and effectively managing customer accounts to ensure expectations and business objectives are consistently achieved.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and Grow New Customer Portfolio: Proactively identify new market opportunities, prospective customers and target accounts to expand the business customer base (Increase the Base)
• Drive Sales Growth within Existing Accounts: Identify opportunities to increase customer engagement and expand on existing product ranges (Increase the Reach)
• Manage the End-to-End Commercial Process: From initial enquiry to sample requests, through to guide price submissions, quotations and successful conversion into sales
• Monitor and Analyze Sales Performance: Review and manage monthly/annual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Annual Sales Budgeting: Prepare and manage annual customer portfolio sales budgets by establishing realistic sales targets, forecasting revenue and monitoring customer performance for consideration
• Develop and Recommend Commercial Agreements: Consider and propose commercial initiatives through market benchmarking ensuring competitive and profitable business outcomes
• Collaborate and Align with Teams: Work closely with other Internal Teams (Package Development, Quality, Marketing, Category, Sourcing, Logistics) to successfully develop and deliver projects, meeting customer expectations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• Proven experience in sales and managing accounts within the Beauty and Cosmetics Industry – existing customer portfolio an advantage
• Ownership/Leadership Attitude: Push to learn through new challenges and lead the process for solution outcomes
• Detail orientated, ambitious and goal-oriented, optimistic and adaptable
• Excel (Basic Commercial Finance) and PowerPoint (Presentation)
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP C4/S4 will be a plus)
