Job summary

Quadpack is a global manufacturer and provider of packaging solutions for beauty brand owners, with offices worldwide including Australia. The role focuses on driving business growth by generating new sales leads, converting briefs into sales, and managing customer accounts to achieve objectives.

The candidate will proactively identify market opportunities, manage the commercial process end-to-end, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects that meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven sales experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry is an advantage.
• Ownership/leadership attitude and the ability to drive solutions.
• Detail oriented, ambitious and adaptable.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (SAP C4/S4 is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a new customer portfolio proactively.
• Drive sales growth within existing accounts and expand product ranges.
• End-to-end commercial process from inquiry to quotations and conversion.
• Monitor and analyze monthly/annual sales KPIs.
• Prepare and manage annual customer portfolio sales budgets.
• Develop and recommend commercial agreements through benchmarking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer expectations.
