Job summary

You will manage end-to-end commercial processes, collaborate with packaging development, quality, marketing, sourcing, and logistics teams, and contribute to accurate budgeting and revenue forecasting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven sales and account management experience in beauty/cosmetics.
• Strong leadership and proactive problem solving.
• Detail oriented, ambitious and adaptable.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; ERP/CRM experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow new customer portfolio by identifying opportunities and expanding the customer base.
• Drive sales growth within existing accounts and expand product ranges.
• Manage end-to-end commercial process from enquiry to quotations and conversion.
• Monitor monthly/annual KPIs and performance.
• Prepare and manage annual sales budgets and forecasts.
• Propose commercial initiatives via market benchmarking.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver projects meeting customer expectations.
