Job summary

John Holland Group in Melbourne is seeking a Junior Document Controller to support management of project documentation in the North Western Program Alliance (NWPA). You will ensure records are accurate, accessible and up to date, coordinating reviews and submissions for drawings, procedures and safety records.

You will maintain document registers, track revisions, and support secure storage and archiving of project records within a collaborative team delivering iconic Melbourne infrastructure

Qualifications

• Experience in document control, administration, or a similar role.
• Proficiency using document management systems and Microsoft Office.
• Exposure to project-based, construction, or engineering environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Maintain project document registers and databases, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
• Coordinate the review, approval and distribution of project documentation, including drawings, procedures, certifications and records.
• Ensure document submissions meet project requirements and compliance standards.
• Track, manage and communicate document issues, revisions and approvals.
• Maintain version control and ensure current documents are available to project stakeholders.
• Support the secure storage, retrieval and archiving of project records.
