Zusammenfassung

Prospex Recruiting is seeking a Junior Client Solutions Manager to join our Sydney team. The role blends account management with potential progression into business development, focusing on existing client accounts and collaborating with engineers to craft practical solutions.

Candidates with 1–3 years in sales, account management or BD in BMS, energy efficiency or building services are ideal; those with 3–5 years in a technical service role are also welcome to move into client-facing,

Qualifikationen

Relevant experience in BMS, HVAC, energy efficiency or building services is preferred.
Confident, outgoing and comfortable engaging with clients.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in clear, everyday language.
Commercially curious, driven and motivated.

Aufgaben

Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
Understand client needs, challenges and commercial priorities
Identify opportunities for additional services and projects
Attend client meetings, presentations, site visits and industry events
Work with our engineering team to develop practical solutions and proposals
Explain technical concepts and solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
Progressively develop your own client network and business opportunities
