Job summary

Based at our Sydney office you will join the Aon Client Services team, collaborating with Client Managers and Account Executives across sectors. This role offers excellent growth opportunities and a clear path to Account Executive through ongoing training and exposure to a global market leader.

As a Service Specialist on a 12-month contract, you will develop client portfolios, support tender responses and renewals, and ensure outstanding service while balancing workload in a hybrid work

Qualifications

• Experience in the commercial insurance sector.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop skills through training.

Responsibilities

• Assist with client account portfolio management.
• Work directly with Client Managers.
• Manage client queries and act as a subject matter expert for portfolio needs.
• Attend client meetings and manage insurer relationships.
• Support tender responses, policy wordings, renewals, and reporting.
• Handle invoicing and complex premium calculations.
• Collaborate to deliver best-in-class client service.
