Job summary

You will support existing client accounts, collaborating with senior engineers to understand needs and develop practical, cost-conscious solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in BMS, HVAC, mechanical services or energy efficiency preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts in simple language.
• Proactive, commercially minded with client-facing focus.
• Willing to develop into business development over time.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
• Understand client needs and commercial priorities.
• Identify opportunities for additional services and projects.
• Attend client meetings, presentations, site visits and events.
• Work with engineering to develop practical solutions and proposals.
• Explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Progressively develop your own client network and business opportunities.
