Job summary

New Venture Recruitment seeks a Technical Service Manager for Building Management Systems in Sydney. Lead a small team of BMS technicians and oversee service, maintenance and minor works for key clients. You will manage delivery from quotation through commissioning, acting as the main technical contact and driving client satisfaction.

With strong BMS experience, you will mentor staff, identify improvements, and collaborate with leadership to grow the service portfolio across multiple sectors.

Qualifications

• Experience in BMS service and project delivery.
• Proven ability to lead technicians or service teams.
• Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
• Commercial awareness and ability to drive project outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of BMS technicians.
• Provide technical expertise across service, maintenance and minor works.
• Oversee project delivery from quotation to commissioning and handover.
• Act as primary technical contact for key clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Identify system improvements and optimisations.
• Support service growth within existing accounts.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely and to a high standard.
