Comstel ICT in Sydney, NSW seeks a proactive Junior Business Development Representative to own a full sales cycle from prospecting to closing. You will generate pipeline, manage relationships with business owners, and present tailored technology solutions across our ICT portfolio.

The role emphasizes ownership, target-driven performance, and growth opportunities within a collaborative, modern North Sydney environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in B2B.
• 1+ years of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Proven ability to generate opportunities and engage prospects.
• Confident dealing with business owners and decision-makers.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new business opportunities via phone, email, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
• Build and manage your own sales pipeline.
• Identify customer needs and propose tailored technology solutions.
• Conduct discovery calls, presentations and demonstrations.
• Prepare proposals and move opportunities through to close.
• Manage full sales cycle from lead to contract.
