Business Show Media in Sydney CBD is hiring a Junior Account Manager to support exhibitors and sponsors throughout their journey with us. You will help manage onboarding, documentation, and client relationships, ensuring an excellent service level across the event cycle.

We offer full training, ongoing mentoring, and clear career progression within an internationally active exhibitions company. The role is office-based with regular team events and international exposure.

Qualifications

• Experience in administration, reception, customer service or office support.
• Training provided; no prior account management or events experience required.
• Ambitious, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage onboarding for new exhibitors and coordinate documentation.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Coordinate contracts, deadlines and invoices.
• Conduct onboarding calls and meetings with clients.
• Resolve queries and ensure high service levels during the event cycle.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate client information in the CRM.
• Support exhibitors with event preparations and live operations.
