Job summary

Moreton Hire in Brisbane is seeking an organised, customer-focused Account Coordinator to join our Exhibitions & Events team. You will support Account Managers and Project Managers in planning and delivering exhibitions, trade shows, custom stands and major events from enquiry to completion.

This role offers exposure to Australia's largest exhibitions, with opportunities to travel interstate and internationally.

Qualifications

• Experience in account coordination or sales support.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Experience with exhibitions or events logistics.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary contact for exhibitors and event clients.
• Coordinate enquiries, quotations and requests.
• Develop relationships with organisers, exhibitors and suppliers.
• Assist with stand design, furniture, signage and service requirements.
• Provide on-site support during key exhibitions and events.
• Travel to support interstate and international projects.
• Liaise with internal departments to monitor deadlines.
• Prepare quotations, work orders and project documentation.
• Manage data within CRM and internal systems.
• Ensure accurate records and reporting.
